And, I have lined dried my clothes before. With energy prices on the rise, I think I'm going to do it more this summer.

I sometimes line dry my clothes, but not usually. I'm pretty impatient.

I have lined dried my clothes since the day I was married (30 years this year). I hang clothes as soon as I can in the spring and do it until the weather becomes inclement. I wash my clothes the night before. Get up early before work, hang them up, when I get home I take them down, fold them, put the clothes away and I am done. Clothes dryer doesn't have to run all day.

I agree with Ginger: your new blog header is really adorable!

I do line-dry as much as I can; in fact, I'm going to take a photo of my indoor line drying for the winter and post it on my Project 365 blog. :)

You're a dear for doing such a great giveaway! I'll try and get around to posting it on my blog in the next couple of days.

I'm always interested in ways that I can "return to simple" in my home. This soap would be a great way to start working with all natural laundry soaps. I grew up on a farm in Maine and we always line-dried our clothes. I haven't done it in my adult life--but I do miss that smell of line dried clothes, so maybe I'll take another look at why it was so important to my Mom!

ooh how fun! can't wait to know what the new spring scent is! no line-drying here. our clothes would be covered in pine needles, leaves and dog hair from all our neighboring dogs :(

What a wonderful product you have here! I used to line dry my clothes more in my old house that had a larger laundry room. Now my space is more cramped and I end up putting them in the dryer to save space.

What a cool site you have. I came over from Teresa's site.

I have indeed line dried clothes in the past.

I even remember helping my grandmother (AGES ago) hang out her laundry when I was a little girl. I seemed to have more fun with it than she did. :-)

Oooooooooo, I would LOVE to enter your giveaway, Carrie! And yes, we line dryed our clothes for years and years - they smell so wonderful!
I don't know if you saw this from Deborah (Fairfield House) on my blog or not, so I'm cutting/pasting it here:
"I got my delivery from Under the Willow! So fast and oh the smell...heavenly. I ordered the lavender laundry soap for my linens. I am now converted. No more laundry detergent from the grocery stores. Thank you for recommending Under the Willow to us."

Nice, huh?!? Hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Hugs,
Zuzu

Hi Carrie,

I love the new banner! I saw that Teresa shared this on her blog. I've not been online lately and seem to be missing so much :( I would like to post about your giveaway on my blog also and tweet about it. Your laundry soap is fantastic! I'm sure whomever gets to try it out will be addicted. The scents you choose are really wonderful!

I just did laundry today and I must say, I loooove doing laundry with your soap. You also sent me a sample size of another scent and I think I'm going to send it to my sister to get her hooked too. :)

I used to live in the country and I would line dry then. I also made my own laundry soap but it was the liquid kind.
